A rep for the company says while details are not yet “firmed up,” Paradise Group is hoping to debut the concept in November or December of this year. The Irvine Spectrum Le Shrimp Noodle Bar comes fresh on the heels of its South Coast Plaza sister store which opened in 2021.

Paradise Group, helmed by Eldwin Chua and Edlan Chua, is also responsible for concepts like Taste Paradise, Seafood Paradise, Paradise Hotspot, and ParaThai, amongst many others.

As far as Le Shrimp Noodle Bar goes, the eatery fuses Chinese and Japanese flavors to create a uniquely satisfying bowl of ramen for the ultimate prawn lover.

“Expect bowls of noodles that seek to delight and surprise featuring two specialty broths – shrimp broth and tonkatsu broth.” explains the brand’s website. “The tonkatsu broth achieves a rich and creamy texture after long hours of simmering with pork bones, resulting in a collagen-rich and palatable soup..and our shrimp broth features the flawless union of fresh sea prawns, pork bones, and Chinese spices, giving it a delightful tangerine-orange hue.”

Each bowl of ramen can be dressed with a delicious assortment of prawn toppings, from whole prawns to succulent prawn meatballs and prawn wontons…or all three upon request.
