The business announced the update on its social media pages last week, and has posted ads announcing open interviews to hire more staff for the new location. Hook & Anchor is looking for positions ranging from host/hostess to seasoned servers and bartenders.

“Hook & Anchor is proud to announce that we are moving locations in April. We will be leaving our Newport Beach location and moving into a much larger footprint that includes a full bar, located just a mile up the street. We will carry some of the favorites from our Newport Beach location, and add items such as; appetizers/shareable plates, raw seafood bar, full bar, dry-aged steaks, and much more,” the company wrote.

The family-run joint offers no-reservation dining with options for table service upon request. It specializes in fresh, scratch-made marine cuisine, and is recognized for its lobster rolls. Hook & Anchor has been awarded the title of best seafood restaurant numerous times.
