Bushfire Kitchen is expanding its healthy comfort food offerings once again, this time to Riverside. The restaurant will be opening a location at 5225 Canyon Crest Dr, Unit 92, records reveal.
The business applied for a liquor license with the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control last month, and the status is listed as pending. Bushfire serves beer, wine, and cocktails.
For food, the eatery has an extensive menu of scratch-made dishes with quality ingredients. The fare is described as healthy compost food, with options like bowls, sandwiches, salads, burgers, empanadas, and more.
With a robust presence across Southern California, the company has grown at rapid pace in recent years. Currently, Bushfire Kitchen has locations in Rancho Cucamonga, Menifee, Carlsbad, Eastvale, Del Mar, and Temecula, and another is on the way in Mission Viejo.
