Enter Laguna Fish Company, a fast-casual seafood concept that promises fresh and affordable fare for locals and tourists alike. The new restaurant will be underneath Skyloft at 400 S. Coast Highway, where it will take over the former Tommy Bahama Restaurant, Bar and Store that closed in 2019.

Spiers confirmed with What Now Orange County that Laguna Fish Company should be ready to open by the end of October. Serving a high-quality seafood menu that includes oysters, octopus ceviche, shrimp burritos and a “pick your catch” option, the restaurant will offer a fast casual dining experience with alcohol service.

Stu News Laguna reports the Spiers has opted to go the fast-casual route due to the ongoing labor issues within the restaurant industry. This isn’t to say that customers won’t have an experience that will match up to Spiers’s other restaurants.

While customers will order at a counter, they will still have the food brought to their tables, not to mention the fact that the food itself will be top tier. For more information, visit lagunafishco.com.
