Representatives for Poke & Tea Factory tell What Now Orange County that they plan to host a soft opening by mid-October. It’s then that customers will be able to try Poke & Tea Factory’s completely customizable poke bowl menu.
Pick from six different proteins: salmon, tuna, spicy tuna, albacore, shrimp and octopus. From there, you can make your bowl exactly to your liking with a variety of toppings and garnishes, from fresh jalapeños and avocados, to masago, furikake or tempura.
