While the intel isn’t definitive, a “reputable source” shared with the Instagram page that Philz will be situated near 99 Ranch Market, Daiso, and rock climbing gym Sender One. Most notably, the center will include a Tesla sales and showroom in the former Lowe’s building and adjacent suites.

Philz Coffee is a San Francisco-born concept and is considered a major player in third-wave coffee. The brand boasts locations in Chicago, Ventura County, Sac. Valley, South Bay, LA, East Bay, Orange County, San Diego, and, of course, SF.

“At Philz, we’re as passionate about great tasting coffee, as we are about our commitment to our community,” explains the company website. “We start with sustainably sourced green beans from around the world, then roast and blend them in-house to craft the perfect cup of love.”
