June’s — the name of the concept — is the brainchild of General Manager

Vinisha Kothari. She tells What Now OC that she has designed the space to be what she describes as light and airy, and “an escape from the day-to-day.”

“I’m designing the space to have a variety of seating – standard tables as well as lounge vignettes – to accommodate parties of all sizes. We aim to create a space that feels casual yet elevated, somewhere you can drop by for a drink after a long day at work, or spend a few hours with loved ones,” Kothari said.

There will be a selection of cocktails, wine by the glass and bottle, local beer, and other beverages. For a food menu, June’s will offer artsy small plates and bites. The concept is currently in the hiring stages for a chef.

June’s will open once the hotel is ready for business, which is expected to be early this summer. Photos from last month show construction is in full force at the property.
