Led by Alicia Cox, Prjkt Restaurant Group has opened a number of popular spots for food and drink at Bolsa Chica State Beach and Huntington State Beach over the years: SeaLegs at the Beach, SeaSalt Burger, Pacific Kitchen, Beach City Provisions, The Huntington Beach House, Sandbox, and Sahara Sandbar.

California Fork & Spoon will offer “elevated California fare to beachgoers”, and have a liquor license for cocktails as well, reports tease. It will likely open at the end of this year or the beginning of 2025.

The venue will serve brunch to customers by day, and act as a rentable, beachside private event space at night. It’s to be an all-concrete property that Cox plans to have decorated with murals of California’s state flower, poppies.
