Late last year, What Now Orange County reported that a pizza pie and wing concept called 907 Pizza — owned by restauranteur Malak Hanna of La Casa and the incoming Zecto — would be opening in the small strip mall at 907 Orangethorpe Avenue.

Admittedly, Hanna had no intentions of maintaining operations at the outpost but instead intimated that he would be selling the eatery while maintaining ownership of the building.

Now, however, Hanna tells WNOC that he has done away with the pizza idea, and has switched the spot to a Mediterranean concept called Tasa2Go, leasing the space to founder Remon Gandy.
