Santa Ana will be getting a new Wingstop location. Far West Restaurants has secured a lease at 2110-2148 South Bristol St. to open a new outpost of the concept.

Wingstop began as a small buffalo-style chicken wing restaurant in Garland, Texas, and continues to expand throughout the world. As of today, there are more than 1,500 Wingstops across the world. In 1997 Wingstop, started to offering franchising rights, and within time Wingstop has become one of the fastest growing concepts in the country.

Far West Restaurants, which was founded by Daniel Sonenshine in 2004, operates one of the largest Wingstop portfolios in the nation. The group is currently under the leadership of President Jorge Ortiz, operates more than 100 Wingstop locations in Southern California, Nevada, Washington and Colorado with 15 new stores in active development in these markets, and continued growth planned for the future.

The menu at Wingstop features bone-in and boneless wings available in thirteen different flavors, with options ranging from original hot to garlic parmesan to lemon pepper. The brand also offers a tight selection of sides and desserts.
