Yau Enterprise, the franchise owner behind the Santa Ana location, told the publication that the lease has been signed and a drawing plan was recently submitted to the city. They hope to open by August.

“We are ecstatic to bring to this community a means of happiness, togetherness, and deliciousness!” Peter Yau, CEO of Yau Enterprise, tells What Now OC.

The storefront will be located near the intersection of Euclid and 5th Street, nestled in the Riverview West neighborhood, on the border of Santa Ana, Garden Grove, and Westminster. It will be positioned on an end-cap of a plaza next to the Hue Kitchen restaurant and Trung Nguyen E-Coffee.

Nobibi’s menu is well-known for its imaginative and delicious creations, including classic milk teas with a twist, artisanal ice cream flavors infused with Asian flair, and unique soft-serve cups. The family-owned business has seen tremendous growth in recent months.
