At Graze Craze, charcuterie experts known as Grazologists design food arrangements featuring an assortment of high-quality ingredients that are perfect for grazing. Available for pick-up, catering and delivery, the boards are crafted using fresh fruits and vegetables, premium meats and cheeses, artisanal sweets, nuts, and more, all accompanied by house-made sauces, dips and jams.

“We are a family of foodies, and grazing is one of our favorite ways to dine,” said Lee, an experienced business executive and part-owner of a Michelin-starred restaurant in Los Angeles in a statement. “We’re excited to serve the many people who share our passion for graze-style eating by offering them expertly crafted charcuterie boards they can pick up for a convenient, no-hassle meal with family and friends.”

Graze Craze charcuterie boards provide options for every lifestyle, dietary preference or palate and are available in various sizes to cater to any occasion. They incorporate a plethora of flavors, like the Gone Grazey board, a balanced mix of cured meats, premium cheeses, crackers, fresh produce, nuts and more. The Vegegrazian is designed with a medley of fresh fruits and vegetables for anyone embracing a plant-based lifestyle. Those with a sweet tooth can enjoy the Sweet & Grazey, which is hand-crafted using an abundance of desserts like chocolates and baked goods paired with sweet dips.

New to the Graze Craze menu is the Brunch Board, a gourmet twist on any morning routine. The Brunch Board is packed with breakfast meats, fresh fruits, eggs, pastries and more. The seasonal Springtime Spread board, features a feast of fresh ingredients, like watermelon radish, Italian prosciutto, dried apricots and red wine merlot cheese, to name a few.

The artisan-inspired charcuterie offerings at Graze Craze are available in different size options, from Char-Cutie-Cups and Picnic Boxes for nibbling to sharing-size boards with enough fresh food to feed a large party. Lee recommends the Grab & Graze, an on-the-go meal for one, while Ling likes the Grazey for Keto, a lower-carb, higher-protein option.

“The entire menu fits our strong belief in health and fitness,” said Ling, who has experience as an event producer and human resources executive with a background in operations. “We’re thrilled with this opportunity to combine our love of food, entrepreneurship and a healthy lifestyle.”

Their new store is situated just a block off the I-5 freeway, in an area that enjoys a vibrant small-town ambiance while offering the amenities of a larger city.

Ling and Lee are looking forward to meeting the growing local demand for high-quality, unique dining options by expanding the Graze Craze presence throughout Orange County. Their next location is planned for Costa Mesa.

The Laguna Hills Graze Craze is open for pick-up, catering and free local delivery Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday by appointment.
