The concept, which promises to “introduce a new wave of coffee.” What the brand describes as “a movement in which every step in the coffee-making process is as important as any other. Where each step is optimized through the lenses of both science and art, and social responsibility is considered with just as much significance,” operates eleven locations across California, with quite a few in Orange County and one already in Irvine on Gillette Ave.

The Dupont store will be taking over the Momo’s Grill & Hookah space. Kim says the branch will open early, at 7am, and feature a menu comparable to the concept’s other outposts. That means freshly roasted high quality beans brewed to an exacting standard, be it pour over, espresso, or cold brew. For food, there’s also a selection of pastries.

Reborn Coffee will also be opening in Pasadena and Diamond Bar in the near future.
