The concept, which is famous for their fresh made “Cheffy Sandwiches,” divides that section of the menu between “Foodie Favorites,” like “Sweet Heat Crispy Thai Chicken,” and “Craveable Classics,” like the “Chicken Pesto Caprese.” For diners looking for items not between bread, Mendocino Farms also offers a selection of “Soulful Salads,” bowls, and deli sides.

Founded in 2005, Mendocino Farms has become a California fast casual powerhouse over the last decade and a half. The group currently operates a whopping fifty-three active and upcoming locations in the state, with seven of those in the Orange County area. The San Juan Capistrano location will be just off Highway 5, near the busy intersection of Paseo Adelanto and Del Obispo.
