Pokeworks, the premium poke brand announced the opening of its newest California location in Costa Mesa. The restaurant is slated to open on September 12, 2023 and will officially mark Pokework’s 8th restaurant in the Golden State. Along with the opening festivities, the first 100 Guests receive a complimentary poke bowl.

The new Pokeworks restaurant is owned and operated by Andrew Yoo, a multi-unit franchisee with Paris Baguette, BBQ Chicken and Zipbap Korean Kitchen, Andrew’s second Pokeworks location in Fullerton, California is expected to open Q1 2024.

Pokeworks is known for serving sashimi grade sustainable fish, proteins, freshly cut veggies and hand-crafted sauces. In addition, the brand’s Poke Your Way menu allows for complete customization of mindful food options, including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, keto, nut-free and raw.

“We are thrilled to work with Andrew Yoo and his team to bring Poke Your Way to everyone in the Costa Mesa market – we truly serve all needs and can’t wait to be a part of the community,” said Pokeworks CEO Regina Cheung in a statement.

The new Pokeworks restaurant is located at 1835 Newport Blvd D160, Costa Mesa, Ca 92627.
