Laguna Hills Inn at Irvine Spectrum appears to have a new restaurant in the works, according to public records.

A trademark application and alcohol license application name a new business titled Tiller House owned by Elite Hospitality, Inc., which operates Laguna Hills Inn at 23061 Avenida de la Carlota. A food establishment plan review also confirms a project underway at the three-star hotel. 

Elite Hospitality president and CFO Kevin Akash declined to comment when reached by What Now Orange County

This project appears to have been in the works since as early as February, when the plan review was initially received. Since then, revisions have been submitted twice, most recently in July. The trademark and alcohol license applications were most recently updated in August and September, respectively. 

These applications are currently pending, and it’s unknown when the Tiller House aims to open.
