Onni Group of Vancouver, British Columbia, has awarded Stream Realty Partners the leasing assignment for its Point Break Tower at Ocean Plaza. The Class A building, formerly Ocean Plaza, sits on 8.65 acres at 17011 Beach Blvd. Managing Director Mike Adams, Vice President Peter Joyce, and Associate Morgan Adams will serve as leasing agents for Stream, a national real estate services, development, and investment firm.

Point Break Tower at Ocean Plaza is the largest multi-tenant office property in the West Orange County submarket. The 205,000-square-foot building offers newly renovated corridors, restrooms, and elevators with a polished marble lobby, a lounge, conference rooms, six-story parking structure, and on-site property management and engineering staff.

“Point Break Tower exceeds expectations when it comes to office space,” Mike Adams said in a statement. “We are thrilled for the opportunity to offer businesses and innovators from around the community a chance to grow within this unique office offering. Onni Group is a nimble owner that has invested in this building and operates it in a first-class manner.”

Point Break Tower at Ocean Plaza is at the intersection of Beach Boulevard and Warner Avenue. It is minutes from Interstate 405, less than 5 miles from Huntington Beach, and nearly 11 miles from John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana.

Contiguous space from 400 square feet to 44,000 square feet is now available at the tower, including creative speculative suites as well as the complete third, 10th, 14th, and 15th floors. The top two floors feature an interconnecting stairwell, exclusive gym with basketball and racquetball courts, showers, and locker rooms, and a large executive office with a private shower, restroom, and wet bar. Prime signage opportunities on the building also are available.

According to Joyce, there have been 97 office lease transactions in Huntington Beach in the last year, with the average deal size being 3,295 square feet. He said of those transactions, 46 were for 1,000 to 3,000 square feet.
