Founders Moe Ghazi and Ramsay Haralambous launched the Fresh Off The Boat Fish Grill brand in 2019 and have since expanded to three locations across Orange County. Their first two spots were in Tustin and Placentia, followed by another opening in Santa Ana.

Fresh Off The Boat Fish Grill is a seafood-centered brand that draws influence from Mediterranean and Mexican cuisine. It offers various seafood options, including grilled cod, shrimp, mahi-mahi, barramundi and salmon. Other offerings include lamb gyros, salads, chicken kabobs, falafel, Baja bowls, sliders and tacos. The brand emphasizes the use of fresh ingredients and the fusion of different flavors.

It appears that the location will be a quick flip. Ghazi told Los Cerritos News that they hope to be open by the end of September, though it depends on construction.

What Now Orange County has reached out to ownership for more information on the upcoming location but has yet to receive a response. Stay tuned for updates on this location.
