Founded in 1998, California Fish Grill is renowned for its dedication to serving high-quality, grilled seafood. With a menu that features a variety of fish including salmon, mahi-mahi, and tilapia, the restaurant has built a strong reputation for its commitment to sustainability and fresh, healthy, flavorful options.
The opening of California Fish Grill is part of a broader initiative by the City of Ontario to enhance its status as a culinary and entertainment hub. City officials have announced the addition of over two dozen new eateries as part of this effort.
This new California Fish Grill will feature the brand’s signature casual dining atmosphere. The closest current locations are in Riverside and Upland. As of right now, the estimated open date is June 2025, the brand told What Now OC.
