Since opening its flagship location in Orange County in 2004, owners Dada Ngo and Sinh Nguyen have turned their humble operation into a veritable international success, with locations spread coast to coast in the US, and as far-flung as Saudi Arabia, Australia, and China.

It’s all down to the company’s wistful – if not a bit snarky – origin story, which is perhaps only outdone by Ngo and Nguyen’s “flair for having a good time, warm hospitality, and passion for excellent seafood.”

While menu items at each location vary, its ordering set up remains the same, with folks invited to choose their fish ranging from four types of crab, lobster, clams, crawfish, shrimp, as well as sauce – including the signature Whole Sha-Bang – and a litany of sides such as Cajun chowder, lemon pepper fries, sausage, corn on the cobb, and more.
