The redeveloped space will feature 119,000 square foot streetscape for shoppers to explore world-class brands and new restaurant concepts, including Life Time, Zara, Pacific Catch, Din Tai Fung, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Philz Coffee and The Melt. Brea residents and visitors will also be able to attend seasonal outdoor gatherings and events in the outdoor plaza found adjacent to shops and restaurants.

“The continued investment in our retail growth will elevate the overall shopping, lifestyle and dining experience at Brea Mall,” said Nate Weirbach, Director of Marketing & Business Development, Brea Mall in a statement. “From families gathering in the outdoor plaza to shoppers exploring our newest retailer streetscape, the mall will continue to provide a welcoming environment in this new mixed-use space.”

The Brea Mall redevelopment project will include the addition of a seven-story multifamily residential enclave. Each of these apartments will feature plaza views, refined service and dedicated on-site parking that is easily accessible to both the retailer avenue and outdoor plaza.
