The new California Fish Grill Harbor Boulevard location is set to showcase the restaurant’s limited-time offers, along with menu classics.
The chain-seafood joint prides itself in “providing great tasting, high-quality, responsibly sourced seafood at a reasonable price.” Ferraro shared with What Now Orange County on Wednesday via email.
The restaurant’s website states, “We only serve wild-caught and farm-raised seafood that is rated Best Choice or Good Alternative by the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch program or Eco-Certified by a third party.”
The ethically-sourced seafood is used in a variety of dishes, from fish tacos to classics such as fish and chips. The joint also offers a range of plant-based plates.
The Costa Mesa outpost will feature an open kitchen to allow customers the opportunity to see the food from start to finish. The joint will maintain its typical business model in terms of the setup of the restaurant’s ordering system.
“We are honored for the opportunity to expand in Orange County and offer that same access in the city of Costa Mesa.” Bod Holden, CEO of California Fish Grill shared on Tuesday.
