Visitors at Murrieta Hot Springs will be able to sip wine and enjoy tapas while they relax, with a new concept coming. Novel will open soon at the reimagined spa and hotel, which is located at 39405 Murrieta Hot Springs Rd., according to the LA Times.

Novel is poised to open during the summertime, the Murrieta Hot Springs Resort website teases. It’s described as “a signature coastal California scene and tapas-forward center for refreshing libations and interactive, sharable bites.” 

The wine bar will be open to the public, as well as guests at the hotel and those with day passes. It joins a list of other food and beverage options at the resort: Brew 1902, Talia Kitchen, Guenther’s, Café Azuli, and Tortoise Shell. 

Just north of Temecula, Murrieta Hot Springs Resort has a storied history and just reopened its grounds to guests. The 46-acre resort underwent a $50 million restoration project and is now managed by Remington Hospitality.
