Permits were recently filed for some signage work to be done on the property. Those records show the establishment is seeking approval for six new illuminated wall signs, two illuminated ground directional signs, one clearance bar, one menu board, and a weather canopy with an order screen.

The new Starbucks is situated next to a recently constructed 7-Eleven. Satellite imagery from April confirms shows a shell of a newly-built building. It’s not clear what the current status of the project is.

Currently, there are four Starbucks in Menifee: two standalone stores, one located inside a Target, and one inside a Ralph’s supermarket. This fifth location is just one of 17,000 new stores Starbucks is planning to open by 2030.
