Adding a fresh dining experience is part of the hotel’s recently announced $5 million renovation plan. While work is being done on the space for the new eatery, the rooftop Treehouse Lounge and a pop-up cafe called The Study Kitchen + Bar will be open to serve guests.

The restaurant will be a coastal-inspired venue with an open-concept scratch kitchen. It is an indoor/outdoor space on the ground floor, with views of the sandy beaches and ocean waters.

“The hotel’s new restaurant will be a destination in and of itself, serving as a favorite gathering space for hotel guests, locals, and other Orange County visitors,”  General Manager Paul Maddison was quoted as saying in a press release.
