This will be the first full-service dining establishment at the outlet center, reports from the CV Independent state. The menu at Birba highlights the best of fine Italian dinner dishes. The Palm Springs location operates from 6 PM to 10 PM Thursday through Monday.

Birba is part of Foundation Ten Hospitality (F10), founded by Palm Springs native Tara Lazar. The group is renowned for its innovative dining experiences, which include Michelin-marked Cheeky’s, the stylish Mr. Lyons Steakhouse, Seymour’s cocktail bar, and more.

A rep for F10 tells What Now OC, “Currently, we are completing construction and in the process of hiring. While we do not have the current final opening date; we estimate it will be between now and early October.”
