There was a 5-0 vote for permits granted to the company at a Lake Elsinore Planning Commission meeting recently. While there is not yet an exact address assignment for the building, it will be on Dexter Avenue between Crane and Allan streets.

The business is constructing a 3,887-square-foot property with dual drive-thru lanes and a 45-tall In-N-Out Burger sign on the premises to advertise to drivers. It will be near a new Chipotle and Jersey Mikes, which replaced Tom’s, and a Chick-fil-a that took over for Lone Star Steakhouse.

Riverside County has over 20 In-N-Outs and counting, with the number quickly increasing. The SoCal-founded QSR chain just hit the milestone of opening its 400th location, marking its expansion to the state of Idaho.
