Murrieta Marketplace will be a thriving hub of commerce and culture, with approximately 500,000 square feet of space. Plans for the five-phase project show other notable tenants such as Dunkin’, Sprouts, PetCo, HomeGoods, Ultra, and Arco.

With estimated delivery for anchor and shop spaces slated for late 2024, Murrieta Marketplace is on track to possibly welcome In-N-Out by the winter. In-N-Out will be part of Phase 2 of the development, alongside Chick-fil-A.

Founded in 1948, In-N-Out has become a cult favorite of fast food restaurants. Along with its top-tier customer service, the chain’s straightforward menu of burgers, hand-cut fries, and signature shakes make every visit an enjoyable one.
