Expressing the motivation behind this venture, the owner shared with What Now OC, “My goal is to create an experience that seamlessly blends breakfast and dessert; it’s truly the best of both worlds. We want to celebrate getting people together over delicious desserts and treats.”

Operating under the Fuwa Fuwa brand, which originated in Canada in 2018 and has since expanded its presence internationally to the USA, France, UK, and China, Fluffy Fluffy’s Tustin location will mark the fourth establishment in the USA. Recent franchise openings include Orlando, Atlanta, and Frisco.

The diverse menu showcases an array of expertly crafted soufflé pancakes, created by whipping egg whites at a low temperature, along with savory brunch bites, delectable burnt-top cheesecakes, and more.
