Franchisee Hector Haget, who boasts an impressive track record with brands like Jersey Mike’s and Mountain Mike’s, will be spearheading operations. A Cuban-born American, he had a successful career in the corporate world before venturing into entrepreneurship.

“We are looking for the next great concept to develop, and believe Cilantro Taco Grill, with its authentic food and vision of helping other Latinos become entrepreneurs, is the next great franchise,” he said.

He tells What Now OC that some areas in Orange County being scouted are Rancho Santa Margarita, Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Lake Forest, and Irvine. As part of this franchise deal with Cilantro Taco Grill, he will also open stores in Texas.
