The plans include turning the 2,977-square-foot space into a vibrant hub for Mediterranean cuisine. The project includes interior renovations such as new partitions, kitchen equipment, and finishes, but does not involve any structural changes to the building.

With a menu focused on customizable grain bowls, salads, and pitas, CAVA will offer fresh, flavorful dishes.  Guests choose from a selection of high-quality ingredients such as creamy hummus, tangy tzatziki, and spicy harissa, seasonal produce, protein options, roasted vegetables, and a variety of toppings.

The restaurant will provide 46 seats, with 13 located on the patio. Typical operating hours will be from 10:45 AM to 10 PM, for both dine-in and takeout customers.  A team of 6-8 members will be scheduled per shift. The project has a total construction valuation of $327,400.

CAVA told What Now OC that they “are not able to confirm any information at this time”.
