Founder Cole Carson tells What Now OC that construction is on hold due to insurance requirements, but is estimated to begin shortly, and they hope to open the space by the end of the summer.

The new location will share space with popular retailers and eateries like Von’s, Mendocino Farms, and Elements Massage. Barclay Harty and Motti Farag from Strategic Retail Advisors represented the Landlord, while Justin McMahon from JLL represented Thrive in the deal.

Its newest outpost will have the same delicious, fresh items that patrons love. Thrive is known for its all-organic menu of superfood smoothies, acai bowls, cold-pressed juices, and plant-based snacks. The café will offer a variety of vegan desserts, specialty cleanses, and wellness shots.

“This is not your ordinary juice bar. We want every customer who comes through our doors to feel the weight of life lifted and have a truly exceptional experience,” Carson told the publication.
