Uncle Fluffy Café is preparing to open its doors at 120 5th St. in Huntington Beach, the brand tells What Now OC. The company will be bringing its renowned Japanese cheesecake to the Orange County area, permits reveal.
Currently under construction, the café is set to debut around October 1st. The location will feature a modern interior design with new cooking equipment and updated finishes. The 1,080-square-foot business operates with 2 to 4 employees.
Uncle Fluffy is celebrated for its iconic jiggly Japanese cheesecake, a delicacy that has captivated taste buds since 1986. It’s a family-owned business with its first location in Riverside.
The menu at Uncle Fluffy consists of Japanese cheesecake, cheese tarts, chocolate tarts, and cheesecake in a cup. Beverages such as cappuccino, americano, hot chocolate, hot tea, and freshly squeezed orange juice are also for sale.
