A brand representative tells the publication that the location will open in the Sonny Bono Concourse by the first quarter of 2025. Construction on the concept was slated for a spring start date. Work has been underway on several different retailers and eateries at the 3400 E Tahquitz Canyon Way establishment.

TRIO is loved for its cuisine and cocktails served in a lively, modern space. Its original location, in the Uptown Design District, has been a city hotspot since its inception in 2009. The eatery is owned by Tony Marchese, a Chicago native, hospitality expert, and local philanthropist.

The venue’s menu offers a variety of classic American dishes with a modern twist, including hearty salads, seafood, and steaks. TRIO also has an impressive cocktail menu and an extensive wine list. The brand is a popular catering choice in the desert for special events and private parties.

“We are excited to represent Trio and airport Trio is a strong brand in the community, and Tony has been a great partner,” Paradie Lagardere, the airport’s concession and retail operator, tells What Now Media.
