Veggie Grill, the popular plant-based restaurant chain based in Southern California, is gearing up for a major move. It will be temporarily closing its existing location to relocate to a larger and improved space within The Market Place shopping center in Tustin.

The restaurant is set to reopen in early 2025. The move comes as part of Veggie Grill’s ongoing efforts to expand its footprint and better serve the growing number of vegan-based eaters in the area.
Since its inception in 2006 in Southern California, Veggie Grill has built a loyal following. It has a diverse menu of plant-based comfort foods, including vegan burgers, sandwiches, bowls, and salads, focusing on fresh, non-GMO, and organic ingredients.
Next Level Burger acquired Veggie Grill in January 2024 and has significantly expanded the former’s footprint, making it one of the largest plant-based restaurant chains in the U.S. The deal nearly tripled Next Level Burger’s size, with the combined company now valued at approximately $80 million.
