“The decision to open at the Irvine Spectrum was inspired by the area’s vibrant, diverse community and its reputation as a major destination for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Irvine is one of the most dynamic areas in Southern California, with a mix of young professionals, families, and food lovers who appreciate quality and flavor,” said Angela Chen, U.S. Operations Director.

“We saw this as the perfect location to introduce J&G Fried Chicken to a new audience, offering both locals and visitors a fun, fast-casual dining experience with an elevated take on fried chicken. It’s a market that values both quality and convenience, which aligns perfectly with our brand’s mission,” she continued.

J&G Fried Chicken began as a humble street food stall on Jiguang Street in Taichung, Taiwan, in 1973. Its legacy has expanded globally, with over 500 locations in countries like Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Canada.
