This highly anticipated project will introduce a 1,200-square-foot, two-lane drive-thru coffee shop to the community. The project is currently listed on the city’s website as being in the plan check phase.
The coffee giant will join an impressive lineup of national retailers within the Upland Village Center, including Burlington, Ross, 99 Cents Only, Mooyah Burgers, Mountain Mike’s Pizza, Raising Cane’s, and more. It is strategically located north of the 10 Freeway, adjacent to the intersection of U.S. Route 66 and Euclid Avenue.
Upland Village Center has great visibility and accessibility: the area sees traffic counts of 22,100 and 19,500 cars on the main roads each day. The entire center spans 84,783 square feet and is fully occupied. In addition to the Starbucks, the center will also soon welcome a national grocer.
