There is currently a conditional use permit in review. It states the plan is to build a 1,266-square-foot Starbucks restaurant featuring a drive-through. It will involve the demolition of a vacant two-story building that previously housed a motorsports company, making way for the new construction.

The Starbucks location will employ 12 staff members and share a parking lot with the hotel. The development is expected to be phased, with the Starbucks completed in the first phase, followed by the hotel.

The adjacent La Quinta will consist of 120 guest rooms across five stories, totaling approximately 67,715 square feet. Hotel amenities will include a lobby, fitness center, outdoor pool, and an observation deck for guests to enjoy views of Disneyland fireworks.
