Pandor was “founded on family history, cherished recipes, and exceptional ingredients.” The cafe with locations in Newport Beach, Old Towne Orange, and The Market Place Irvine imports its ingredients directly from France, noting that its founders and chefs are also from L’hexagone, making for a wildly warm and authentic experience.

“Everything is made fresh daily, in-house, from scratch, by artisans who specialize in their craft with a deep passion for our products while paying homage to our Southern California roots,” explains the Pandor website.

Founders Raffi and Tiffany Sepetjian’s team “specialize in authentic French artisan bread, beverages, viennoiseries, pastries, tartines, paninis, and salads all using sustainable, local, and seasonal ingredients, complex textures, and global flavors.”
