With a commitment to locally sourced ingredients and a farm-to-table philosophy, Mendocino Farms is renowned for its gourmet sandwiches and salads. The fast-casual brand is also a popular option for catering services.

The restaurant will take over where The Melt and Fast Fix previously operated. Exact details of the design and layout are still under wraps, and a representative for the company told What Now OC that a specific timeframe for opening has yet to be determined.

“Our upcoming location in Rancho Cucamonga will be our first Mendocino Farms restaurant in the Inland Empire and we are thrilled to be bringing our fresh, flavorful creations to the community in 2025,” said Kevin Miles, CEO of Mendocino Farms. “Once we open, our guests can expect bold flavors and the signature hospitality that Mendo is known for. We look forward to serving them soon!”
