The go to chain for all you can eat Brazilian steak, Fogo de Chao first came stateside in 1997. Since then, the brand has continued to prosper, now totaling over 60 locations between the U.S., Mexico, Brazil, and Dubai. Known for their upscale feel and top quality meat, Fogo, in addition to a strong presence already in SoCal, operates a 16,000 square-foot flagship in New York.

While Fogo De Chao does offer an a la carte menu of steaks, fish, salads, and appetizers, the concept is best known for the Churrasco Experience, an all you can eat feast of beef, chicken, pork, and sausage, where diners selected their chosen cuts from a fleet of dining room carts from which the spit grilled meats are carved table side. While a bounty of cuts and preparations are provided, the star of Brazilian steak is traditionally the picanha, a sirloin cut with a generous fat cap. While at around $70 per-person, the feast might qualify as a special occasion meal, the endless meats are joined by endless access to the market table salad bar and feijoada bar.

Fogo De Chao will be a landmark restaurant at Bella Terra, with the space featuring a roughly 8,000 square-foot dining room and 1,300 square-foot patio.
