EggBred is expanding its footprint with a new location planned at 9816 Chapman Ave. in Garden Grove, records state. This upcoming site is part of a shopping center anchored by Sprouts at the busy Chapman and Brookhurst.
The space is approximately 1,500 square feet. Currently in the permit approval process, construction on the restaurant is expected to begin in two weeks, and there is an estimated opening date of early to mid-January 2025.
Owner Ryotaro Isobe has over a decade of restaurant experience and has previously managed four successful establishments. Isobe is spearheading this project after selling other ventures to focus on the EggBred brand.
EggBred emphasizes quality and freshness, serving breakfast and brunch items made from scratch. They source artisanal breads and use proprietary sauces and spice blends. Popular dishes include craft breakfast sandwiches, house-made gravy, hollandaise, and healthier options like avocado toast.
