Crumbl Cookies — the freshly-baked and home-delivered dessert concept by “two crazy cousins” Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO) — is opening yet another California location at 510 N Euclid St, Anaheim, CA 92801, according to a building permit filed with the city that describes improvements and remodeling at the former Kaffe Niklaus

Inaugurated back in 2017, Crumbl quickly became a Utah staple with its delectable cookie creations. However, the company’s success didn’t come quite as easy as a cookie crumbles.

In fact, McGowan and Hemsley admittedly wasted thousands of dollars on dough before they got things right. After a number of taste tests performed by “the people” — an attribute of the company that remains today — the cousins dialed in their recipes and got to work.

In 2018, the duo solidified and implemented their rotating menu which offers an array of delectable confections and semi-permanent selections like their chilled pink sugar cookie.

Over the course of the last six years, “Crumbl has expanded to over 300 bakeries in 36 states nationwide, making it the fastest-growing cookie company in the nation.”

Today, the company offers its customers pick-up, delivery, catering, nationwide shipping, and, of course, a mouthwatering in-store experience.

Comment from the incoming store’s franchisee, McSean Thompson, is forthcoming.
