A new Dutch Bros store is in the works in Moreno Valley, the beverage chain’s website shows. The drive-thru concept renowned for its customized coffees, energy drinks, and teas, is making its mark with a new location at 23140 Hemlock Ave.
This new store, currently under construction, will be the first for the chain in the city. Moreno Valley is the second-largest city in Riverside County, and the area offers a population count of 126,000 people within a three-mile radius.
Situated near key establishments such as America’s Tire, Farmer Boys, and Home Depot, the new Dutch Bros location is ideally placed for high visibility and accessibility. The site benefits from proximity to major freeways. the 60 and the 215.
Records show that the freestanding building, covering 950 square feet, is priced at $2,748,000 and is slated for completion sometime later this year. It will join the 150+ other California locations that Dutch Bros currently operates.
