Downtown Disney is getting a culinary upgrade with the addition of an exciting new restaurant concept from renowned chef and Michelin-star recipient Joe Isidori. Set to open soon is Pearl’s Roadside BBQ, at 1580 Disneyland Dr.
Pearl’s Roadside BBQ promises to bring authentic, mouth-watering BBQ to Downtown Disney. It is named with a nod to the Isidori family’s history, which spans three generations of NYC chefs and restaurateurs.
The quick-service eatery will feature a menu filled with Southern-inspired favorites like pulled pork, beef brisket, and smoked heritage turkey, each served with house-made sauces. The restaurant will also offer a selection of craft beers and moonshine cocktails to complement the smoky flavors of its meats.
Next door to Pearl’s Roadside BBQ, another Isidori creation is incoming: Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon — named in honor of Joe’s father. The classic steakhouse with a lively bar at its heart, this restaurant will offer prime cuts of beef, fresh seafood, sandwiches, and salads.
