A company representative said the restaurant is scheduled to welcome customers sometime this summer and will occupy 2,721 square feet, complete with patio seating.

Founded in 2010, CAVA specializes in customizable greens and grains bowls, salads, and pitas, featuring a variety of bold and flavorful ingredients. The menu includes options like harissa honey chicken, grilled steak, lamb, and falafel, along with chips, dips, spreads, toppings, and dressings.

CAVA has ambitious growth plans, and the upcoming Moreno Valley location marks another step in the journey. In 2018, the company acquired Zoës Kitchen, and in 2023 it debuted on the NYSE. The brand reported a revenue of $729 million last year.

“We are excited to continue expanding and believe we can grow to 1,000 restaurants across the country by 2032, including more locations in southern California,” the brand tells What Now OC.

Update: The restaurant will open August 23.
