Buffalo Wild Wings is anticipating the opening of a new BWW GO location in Garden Grove that is nearing completion. At 12879 Harbor Blvd, the concept is situated conveniently near Disneyland and several sports franchises.
The operator for this coming store is Matthew Dragas, a multi-unit owner with the brand who is growing his empire in Orange County. He explained to What Now OC that he’s excited about this new venture, adding it to his portfolio of existing regular Buffalo Wild Wings locations.
This new location is a part of the brand’s strategy to expand its off-premise dining options, catering to the increasing demand for takeout and delivery in high-traffic areas. It’s the latest milestone in BWW’s push to expand this new model, which launched in 2020 and has since reached 100 locations.
Dragas shared that the construction of the Harbor Blvd. location is nearly complete, and the team is already in the hiring process. An experienced district manager will oversee the operation. Its simplified menu includes Buffalo Wild Wings’ fan favorites like wings, chicken sandwiches, and a variety of sauces, all designed for quicker service.
