Specialty sandwich shop, Board & Brew is coming to 5247 Katella Avenue in Cypress. Franchise owner, Mike Williams, was unable to comment on the open date, but property owners anticipate an opening by early 2024.
Board and Brew serves up sandwiches with fresh ingredients that are delivered daily. Regulars know that in addition to the array of fresh, flavorful ingredients offered, the restaurant’s “Secret Sauce” is the icing on the cake…or, sandwich.
The website encourages guests to do themselves a favor and “order our Secret Sauce or two on the side to dip, dunk and pour on your sando.” The sauce is gluten and nut allergy free, vegan friendly, and alleged to taste “like the other side of the rainbow” — and they’ll never reveal the recipe!
Board and Brew partners with local farmers to source hormone free, primarily organic ingredients. Specialty sandwiches include the Turkado, a turkey, avocado, and cheese combo, California delight, featuring turkey, cream cheese, sunflower seeds and sprouts, and the Tub O Tuna, whose name speaks for itself. The menu goes on to include subs, wraps and salads to satisfy all manner of pallets.
