This Dutch Bros will be a coffee stand model in Eastvale, offering only a drive-thru and walk-up window, with no traditional indoor seating. It will occupy a 950-square-foot single-story building at the NW corner of Chandler and Archibald Avenue.

The Eastvale Planning Commission approved the project by a 4-0 vote last December, giving the green light not only to Dutch Bros Coffee but also to a Quick Quack Carwash and Zendejas Restaurant to operate on the same site.

Key project participants include Armet Davis Newlove & Associates handling architectural design, and Barghausen Consulting Engineers, HTK Structural Engineers, and Acies Engineering managing the engineering,

Founded in 1992 by Dane and Travis Boersma in Grants Pass, Oregon, Dutch Bros Coffee has grown from a single espresso cart to a nationwide favorite. With more than 700 locations and counting, it’s especially popular in the western United States.
