Buffalo Wild Wings in Aliso Viejo is undergoing a renovation project, aimed at modernizing the space and enhancing the overall customer experience. Records filed with the county show there will be construction happening at the location, which is at 26711 Aliso Creek Rd.

The location, which has been a local favorite since its opening in April 2010, will see a number of updates. These include the removal of the wall dividing the bar from the dining room, allowing it to be expanded by approximately 30 percent. The old liquor room will be converted into additional dining space and the patio is receiving upgrades with new furniture and updated audiovisual systems.
“The community down there has always been very supportive of us. So we thought that it would be nice to repay all of that with a nice, shiny new restaurant for them to enjoy,” said Matthew Dragas, the franchisee for the location.
Dragas is a multi-unit franchisee in the OC area, and has a few more in development. He comes from a entrepreneurial family, with his father owning Taco Bell locations since the 80’s. He first b become a Buffalo Wild Wings operator in 2008.
